You’re never too young to know who you like. If the label bisexual feels right for you right now, you’re allowed to use it. And you don’t have to come out to your parents if you’re not ready, especially if you’re expecting a negative reaction from them. If you do decide to come out to them, please think about who you can talk to if the coming out doesn’t go as you would like it to, for example social workers at your school or friends and their parents.
