Hello, I am a tomboy and fifteen years old. I want to come Out to the world. I am bi and poly. My parents say this ist a Phase but it isn’t. I started cutting myself but my parents still say this is just a stupid phase. How can I come Out to the world?

It sounds like your mental health is taking a toll because of their lack of support if you’ve resorted to self harm.
